1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
Requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Products that are not damaged or defective cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items used, altered, or without original packaging are not eligible.
3. Process
Contact our customer support at support@darulkitab.in or call +919759199292 with your order number, product details, and clear images of the damaged item.
Once verified, we will arrange for an exchange or issue a refund as per your request.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
4. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a damaged or defective item, we will bear the return shipping charges.
Otherwise, return/exchange shipping costs will not be covered by us.
